Ovens, like autoclaves, develop a discontinuous (batch-type) process and are intended for sterilizing different solids, such as glassware, parts of filling machines, stainless steel tanks and containers in general; they represent the ideal solution for any production when the variability of products, batches and formats does not allow the use of continuous sterilizers, such as tunnels.

FOWS – Washer Sterilizers

This innovative machine integrates 3 processes in a single machine:

 - washing

 - decontamination

 - sterilization

With the typical features of a washer, the autoclave retains all its special features and can also be used just for the sterilization process alone.

Elastomeric Closures Treatment (stoppers)

This treatment includes washing, rinsing, siliconizing and sterilization. The method uses a special drum which is slowly turned inside the autoclave chamber by magnetic coupling. The internal shape of the drum ensures:

- highly effective washing, siliconizing and drying;

- the automatic unloading of the product into the sterile area

Sterilizers with Rotating Loads

The rotating load option uses a special drum which is slowly turned inside the autoclave chamber by magnetic coupling.

This option is extremely suitable for products which for example are required to maintain the homogeneity of suspensions or emulsions during the sterilization process, or for sterilization of heat sensitive products at a high temperature for a very short time.

FSW – Steam Washer

The steam washer has been designed to offer eco-friendly solutions in order to minimize the use of detergents, energy consumption (shorter process time), and a lower water consumption.

FCDV – Vaporized H2O2 Decontamination Unit

The FCDV chemical bio-decontamination unit is designed to achieve surface bio decontamination of any items compatible with vaporized H2O2.

This kind technology has been implemented in order to achieve at least a 6 log reduction of the bioburden.

FCTS – Sterility Test Isolator

The FCTS Sterility Test Isolator has been designed to provide sterility test facilities in a controlled environment.

The pass box allows you to have a continues sterility testing process without having to break the sterility in the isolator chamber.
